And employee motivation is a basic condition for participating in in-service training and learning programs. In the field of health and treatment, continuous training of health workers as one of the main groups providing health services and due to their important role in community health, it will be very important. Therefore, the present study was conducted to investigate the motivational factors affecting the participation of health workers in in- service training programs.The effectiveness of dialectic behavioral therapy on self- destructive behavior and sleep quality in patients with depressive symptomsDecember 2017The aim of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of dialectic behavioral therapy on self-destructive behavior and sleep quality in patients with depressive symptoms. The statistical population of this study included all women with depression referring to the comprehensive urban health services center covering the health center of Shirvn city. Among the statistical population, using Beck Depression Inventory (1996), the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Questionnaire (1995) and the Sanson and et al self- destructive behaviors questionnaire (2004) in pre-test, 30 people with entry and exit criteria Our statistical sample was formed. The 30 subjects were selected into 2 groups of 15 subjects who received the dialectic behavioral therapy test group and the control group was on the waiting list. To analysis of the data the covariance analysis and SPSS21 software used to accelerate results. The results showed that dialectic Behavioral Therapy had a significant effect on reducing self-destructing behaviors and improving sleep quality in patients with depression symptoms. In other words, Self- destructive behaviors of patients with depression symptoms in the experimental group significantly decreased and their sleep quality was significantly higher than those in the control group.
