I make sure our front office and phone room is running smoothly as well as attending to work flow issues and patient issues, keeping up on copies as needed, making sure there are enough supplies, and PCMH is completed along with medication requests, telephone calls/questions are completed by end of each day. Im also able to help out doctors and medical staff with certain questions or concerns they may have within their patients regarding their insurances and their experience While waiting to be seen.I am Very approachable and compassionate.
