This role is Street Address % travel, where overnight hotel stays are required.Essential Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesMerchandising Meets and exceeds client objectives by ensuring secondary placements of product(s) are fully stocked, correctly signed, properly faced, and set to schematics Maintain client objectives by ensuring secondary placements of product(s) are fully stocked, correctly signed, properly faced, and set to schematics Shelf Standards and Conditions: authorization of items to meet client shelf schematic standards Meet client and Company objectives by maintaining full distribution on existing SKUs. Prepare for and respond to audits Manage time and prioritize for store call coverage May provide feedback for client audit objectives Administration & Customer Relations Complete accurate and timely paperwork and reports, recaps, itineraries, timesheets, expense reports, etc. Communicate effectively both internally with management and externally with all customers Build rapport with clients and customers Field questions to resolve issuesSupervisory ResponsibilitiesDirect Reports- This position does not have supervisory responsibilities for direct reports Indirect Reports- This position does not have guidance or mentoring responsibilities for indirect reports Travel and/or Driving RequirementsTravel and Driving is an essential duty and function of this job Travel/Driving up to 100%Minimum Qualifications The following are the minimum job-related qualifications which an individual needs in order to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the jobEducation Level: (Required): High School Diploma or GEDor equivalent experience Field of Study/Area of Experience: Retail, Consumer Package Goods (CPG), or merchandising products at retail accounts within an assigned territory 2-4 years of experience in retail merchandising and/or selling Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Strong written communication and verbal communication skills Good interpersonal skills Strong prioritization skills Ability to understand and follow specific instructions and procedures Excellent customer service orientation Ability to ensure a high level of service and quality is maintained Flexible and adaptable, able to change and alter according to changes in projects or business environment Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment Ability to complete multiple duties with accuracy shifting from one to another with frequent interruptions and competing deadlines Track record of building and maintaining customer/client relationships Basic computer skills including familiarity with Word, Excel, and Internet usage Environmental & Physical RequirementsField / Reps RequirementsIncumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed in a retail in-store environment. Typically requires the ability to spend 66%+ hours each work day doing the following activities: engage in considerable physical activity, ability to lift and/or push up to 74 pounds, stand on feet for long periods of time, use products or cook food as appropriate for the demonstration, and may be required to work in extremely cold conditions (i.e. refrigerated and freezer sections). Also required to travel and drive. The use of proper safety practices when handling the products and/or cooking is essential.
