This $10M, 1.5-year ROI project resulted in the reduction of the packaging labor force by 20%.      Designed and installed a hot water system to keep liquid chocolate within a +/- 1-degree range.  This $200K project involved the installation of over one-quarter mile of hot water jacked piping and a custom steam hot water system. Redesigned and installed a new ammonia engine room that resulted in savings of $1.2M from original contractor quotations.  This increased efficiency allowed for the acceptance of an additional 400 tons of refrigeration with no extra utility costs.  This worked yielded savings of $75K per year in electrical costs.                          Developed and wrote a Process Safety Management Program (PSM) for 2,000-Ton plant ammonia refrigeration system.  This program was audited and approved without exception by OSHA and DEP.
