Also, I was an extruder operator for Pactiv/Reynolds for 9 years. My duties included and not limited to maintaining the lines that was under my supervision. Which included responsibilities such as keeping the lines oil and grease, and water reservoirs were topped off, changing belts on rimmers and conveyors. Also changing out guide bars, plugs, peening dies and needed adjustments to rimmers, baggers, formers, plate rails and much needed preventive maintenance which includes cleaning any excess oil, grease, and replacing cylinders, air lines, water lines, hydraulic lines, or anything else that requires repair and or replacing. I am currently training new operators how to operate the plate lines, change film, trouble shoot, fix problems, fill out paperwork, and how to fill out the board. I am also one of the relief operators on the floor. I also help maintenance with PM work removing and replacing cylinders, air knives, airlines,etc..
