Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing strategies while building solid relationships with key customers and stakeholders. Your expertise, strategic thinking, and guidance of the sales team and account managers will directly impact Honeywells sales performance, making you an integral part of our success story.Key Responsibilities:LSS Sorter Rebuild / Recontrol Growth:Develop and implement strategies to increase LSS sorter rebuild sales.Identify and pursue new Loop sorter rebuild business opportunities.Meet or exceed revenue targets and objectives regularly.Provide technical support and guidance to customers throughout the opportunity development processAssist in the preparation of proposals, quotes, and technical documentationCustomer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.Address customer LSS inquiries, issues, and complaints promptly and effectively.Customer Problem Solving:Identify and understand customer issues and needs related to aftermarket sorter rebuild.tailored solutions and recommendations to address customer problems.Collaborate with technical support to resolve complex sorter issuesProduct Knowledge:Maintain a thorough understanding of Loop sorter aftermarket parts, including features, benefits, and applications.Educate customers on the value and benefits of using Intelligrated LSS parts and services.Collaboration:Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless customer service.Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and conferences as required.Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our productsThis role requires 40%+ travel.Since this role is customer-facing, the individual must be located near a major US airport and/or Honeywell hub location.
