The main capability is product development for different industries and products. Automotive and appliance industries in USA were slower during these years, which resulted in focusing on Far East. Also, for the last two years COVID slowed down this activity.3.Alternators and Electric Motors: Technalysis worked with all electric motor manufacturers in USA and automotive companies building alternators over the world. Technalysis customers include GM, Delphi, Ford, Hoover, Kohler and others.Example: In Delphi, we worked on the development of a new alternator. We analyzed flow, heat, magnetics and structural integrity of a new alternator. We worked more than two years on this project and coordinated with the product manager. This alternator was extended to other vehicles.4.Pharmaceutical Applications: Technalysis worked with several pharmaceutical process applications including Eli Lilly in ISA and Ono and Takeda in Japan.Example: Lily started with the design of insulin tanks. This work was then extended to other drug manufacturing processes.5.Printers: Technalysis worked with Hitachi-Koki, Oki and Ricoh in Japan for many years.Example: Oki President decided that help is needed for the design of a new printer. A new printer was developed over three years. Also work on the toner flow in laser printers lasted for that period.6.Cooling and Mixing Applications: This work includes refrigerators, heat exchangers, washing machines with Haier in China, Kohler, Westinghouse and Hoover in US..Example: Worked with Haier on different appliances, including two different refrigerators: one in China and one in USA. Automotive applications include design of an Alfa Romeo in Italy car for cooling systems.7.System Applications: These include many complex systems such as engines and construction machinery such as John Deere, Caterpillar and Fiat, Mercedes in Europe Toyota in Japan, Sany in China.8. Example: Work with John Deere involved different types of projects predicting he performance of a new product. It involves design of a new fan as well as design of a seeder of crops. Automotive applications include Alfa Romeo car for the cooling system.
