In order to facilitate scalable reusability integrated to enterprise-wide business segments, a robust automated test framework was designed and implemented across several teams and groups of Allstate Protection Technology. The framework implemented addressed functional and performance testing needs across the organization including Claims, Products & Enterprise Applications.

GE Commercial Finance, St Louis, MO	    Project Manager - Testing	 12/2003   05/2005Started the engagement as Project Manager of Testing COE coordinating multiple teams based on a global delivery model. Applications under test were state of the art GE-CDF (Commercial Distribution Finance) financial solutions handling $26 billion annually, which were at various stages of development including system testing, regression testing and postproduction enhancements. Development of automated regression test suite for these applications and UAT were also involved in the responsibility. Six Sigma Green Belt Certification was done by performing process improvement project with GE CDF. The project was to optimize and improve the productivity and efficiency of global delivery model.
