Look after the elderly living with complex needs.Assist service users with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, oral care and assist with toileting.Speak slowly and more clearly, repeating concepts when addressing service users with language disorders.Consider tone of voice, body language and the words used to establish and maintain communication.
