Identifies anomalous or malicious activity by devices, network coverage resulting in a full view of network threats/vulnerabilities for all 38 CDO's (Care Delivery Organizations)-across the United States + 4 employees overseas. However, process was slow as CDOs had to depend on their techs to install all their clinics collectors who were already swamped on top of their day-to-day support work. I lobbied for getting OUTSIDE techs dedicated to this project that all eyes were on! Budgets for the year were closed and we did what the best we could.I created a proposal sending to management, showing how long each CDOs clinics would take to completion, the money was found! It was their first HealthCare application development. Having had many years experience with ClaimsXten, I co-lead the team to create our goals quicker than they were progressing before I joined. Results, we did create world class Polaris rules unique to each customer at that time. We reduced the time lines far earlier that original projected. Time is money for our team of 10 resulting in completing Polaris 3 months earlier than expectations. My team garnered high honors from management as results.
