RESUME COVER LETTERPlease consider the following in your consideration of my employment application.The resume provided attempts to span the Street Address  years I have been in the mortgage industry. I started as a bookkeeper for a mortgage company subsidiary, where I set up, processed and closed construction loans. I left there to work where I was responsible for loan closings and settled loan packages. While there, I learned to process loans and did that for 14 years. A move we made to Maryland didnt have a processing positions available, so I became a loan officer. Did that with various companies in Maryland for 30 years.I retired from my last position in Maryland in 2012. Moved to South Carolina to care for my father with the intent of not working. I took several temporary positions in the first 6 years I was there. In 2020, TD Bank offered me the opportunity to work for them. I did so for 3 years. In 2023, TD experienced a staff cutback and I was a victim of that company decision. In 2023 I moved back to Maryland. Once settled, decided I needed to go back to work.
