Plant has 1700 employees. The complex level has 5 farms, full feed production mill, service center (tractor and trailer shop) and hatchery.-Conducts all orientation training for new hires and monthly safety on many different topics.-Conducts all HAZMAT training for a 25 employee in house HAZMAT team. This would include; Incident Command, Respiratory, GHS, HAZMAT operation, decontamination, setting up decon and rescue, confined space entry and rescue. Also, led the wa for corporation with LEPC for two counties for HAZMAT drills and operation.
