PROJECTS
Control Systems: Working in a team of 2 students:

Temperature control for a metal block: we designed a proportional controller that implemented a
variation of the temperature of a metal block by applying voltage to the thermoelectric Peltier heater.

Speed control for a motor driver: we worked with a motor driver to control its speed and by using two
Arduino PWM signals, and also to control the direction and magnitude of the current through this
motor by supplying negative and positive current.

Identification of the ball and beam system: Balanced a ball on a beam in less than 7 seconds with the
help of a PID controller depending on the input of the user to stop the ball at a certain location of the
  beam.

Senior Project 2022

SMART HOUSE: Working in a team of 4 students, we identified the problem that future homeowners
will face in Seattle area when using renewable sources to collect energy and run their house
technically speaking for free. In this project of 9 months, we focused on solar power source and until
when a homeowner could benefit from this renewable source before the owner switches back to the
use of the national grid. How feasible is this implementation of renewable source in WA state houses.
My areas of study were the search of solar panel, installation companies available, cost for installation
and future money return when installing solar panels at a house.
