I have also worked at Rosecrance-Jackson Recovery Centers as a nurse practitioner/psych NP with all ages, both inpatient and outpatient, and also in addiction medicine. Prior to either of these I worked at CMHI in Cherokee, Iowa for three years working with all ages of acutely ill psychiatric patients as well as aquiring great experience working with a vast number of dual diagnosis clients there as well. I have enjoyed all of my positions in mental health but am looking for a position that offers a slightly more lucrative salary with the potential of ongoing incremental wage increases.
