This involve the in-vitro culture of cancer cells and their inoculation into mouse models to grow corresponding tumors. Analytical Techniques And Method Development Developed and validated analytical methods with a background in chromatographic techniques(LC-UV, LC-MS). Utilized chromatographic techniques (LC-UV, LC-MS) to quantify analytes in various matrices and pharmaceutical Analysis. Ensured compliance with GxP and FDA regulations throughout precise analysis. Applied technical knowledge to troubleshoot laboratory problems and complete established methods.Cell Culture and Biological Assay Specialist Culturing different cell lines, including HEPG2, MCF7, RAW-Blue, B16-F10-Luc2, TRAMP-C2 cells, and human HEK-BlueTLR cells. Cell passaging, seeding, and identifying and resolving cell contamination issues. Treating cells with pharmaceutical compounds and conducting biological assays Studying NF-KB activity and cell viability, including assessments of live and dead cells. Studying cell viability and quantifying cytokine levels post-treatment using antibody-conjugated fluorophores and flow cytometry techniques.
