Hello my name is Lorenzo Zapata (aka) Zap. I have an extensive 14 years working in United States Naval Shipyards. My pipe-tter skills include; pipe-tting, pipe brazing, and plumbing installs.SHIPYARD PROCEDURES INCLUDE:Repairs, demolition, new installations, and working with blue prints. I was responsible for U.C.A. piping systems in Drone Compartment Projects. I was responsible for Fiber Optics 4 carbon steel piping layouts and installations of same. My piping skills include using appropriate tools for; Blue prints, Lazers, math, common sense, air tools, scissor lifts, staging, re-watch tools etc. BRAZING SKILLS INCLUDE:NAVSEA trained, brazed socket t-ups in the hundreds, brazed insert rings in the thousands. Brazing t-ups from 1/4 to 6 copper nickel and copper piping systems. Additionally, I have taught brazing procedures to qualied pipe-tters. WORK LOAD PROGRAMS:General piping repairs pertaining to;Fire line systems, sea water systems, engine room systems, bathroom piping systems, kitchen piping systems, and radar drone compartment systems. MAIN WORK IN COMPARTMENTS OF:ENGINE ROOMS, PUMP ROOMS, BATHROOMS, AND REFRIGERATION ROOMS 1. Repair or replace all types of gauges or piping systems 2. Replace valves of all types in areas of circulation pumps 3.
