Provide support to physicians, nurses, and clinicians during pre and post go live.Enhance the utilization of smart tools, results review, medication reconciliation, note completion (through smartprases, macros, notewriter/dynamic documentation/powernote), In-basket management, preference list organization, patient chart reviews, placing single orders\order sets/order panels, and cosigning orders.Train clinicians on workflow completion and clinical documentation including I&Os (Flowsheet) on workstations and the Rover application.Assist nurses with workflow navigation and completion, documenting administering medications through MAR (including Rover), placing orders based on protocol and for provider co-signature, documenting point of care test results/patient education/interdisciplinary assessments (Care Plans).Support clinicians with recording vital signs/point of care test results. Train providers and nurses with patient discharge process.Resolve patient rooming and printing issues.
