My and my team (one other person) can run an avg of 13 codes a night, that I have memorized. When I first came to the department I kept track of each good weighted and sorted box, and in less than a month I was able to boost the moral of my line pullets that the avg amount of good boxes that I didnt even have to touch had increased by no less than 15% and continues to get better.
