Participated in regional male circumcision meetingsPlanning, organizing, implementing, monitoring and evaluation of the program objectives towards the planned duration.Management of male circumcision supplies for both public sector and our organization.Management of linkages and referral of clients to care and treatment.Training of staff for HIV Counseling and testing and male circumcision clinical and surgical skills.Reporting consolidated data to the ministry of health.Support supervision of other male circumcision sites for both adults and neonatal.Assessment of potential new sites for male circumcision.Quality assurerance for all the sites in the country.Plan for new outreach sites and targets.Meetings with the donor for data analysis, target setting and funding which were USAID, CRC, CDC and PEPFAR.Performed VMMC.Mentorship of staff on VMMC in both the public sector and NGO.June to August, 2009:-Worked at manzini clinic theatre in Swaziland as a scrub nurse team leader.December, 2007 to April, 2008.-Worked at University Teaching Hospital of Zambia as the clinical instructor for operating theatre techniques/nursing students.-I worked in different specialized operating theatres such as; Gynea and Obstetrics, General, ENT (ear, nose and throat), Cardiac, Ophthalmology, Neuro, Orthopedic and Spine Surgery.July, 2005 to December, 2006:-Was promoted to the positions of District nursing officer and HIV/AIDS program officer.-As district nursing officer was involved full time in the nurses affairs in general for the whole district.-As district HIV/AIDS program officer was running the program in terms of counseling, treatment and follow ups.-Was training counselors in the district.-Treating HIV/AIDS related infections and diseases.-Above all planning and managing program funds.April, 2004 to June, 2005:-Due to excellent performance in prevention of mother to child transmission of HIV, was promoted as a district HIV/AIDS coordinator.-Was doing planning, monitoring, implementing, evaluating and controlling of the twelve (12) health facilities with 600, 000 catchment population.July to March, 2003:-Worked as a registered IMCI nurse, in which was involved in screening and treating less than five years children, conduct antenatal clinics and many more because this was like a supermarket clinic.January, 2003 to March, 2004:-Worked at Kasama general hospital as a registered nurse in the following different ward; Gynea and Obstetrics, Surgical, Medical, Malnourished children, Psychiatry, Tuberculosis, Measles and many more.PROFESSIONAL MEMBERSHIP:I am registered with Zambian Nursing Council, Nursing Council of Swaziland and Health Professions council of Namibia, have current practicing licenses from all councils.INTERESTS:Working hard towards the intended goal, making friends, visiting new places, reading and listening to gospel music.REFERIES:Mrs Moonze Mr. Mavu.Ongwediva Medpark Private Hospital UNAMP.
