When I was being trained on hardwood and tile floors a lot of the time the journeyman training would resort to yelling and insults when I didnt learn something fast enough for them. What I learned from those days was that was not an effective way to communicate or express what was on their minds. Since then, I rely on the three Cs which stand for cool, calm, and collected. They have helped me to train many successful individuals that have gone off in their own careers and been successful at it.
