Coordinates work and cooperates with the Buildings & Grounds Manager to ensure that efficiencies are maximized and jobs are completed. Inspect work in progress and, if work is not in conformance with specifications and standards, initiates corrective action, and inspects completed work for conformance to specifications and standards. Supervises staff and contractors including setting and communicating objectives, and evaluating performance, pursuant to university and departmental polices and procedures.
