                           performance throughout the year. Their final rating determined if they would receive a bonus for the

                           custom rating and weighting model to be evaluated on. The CA would then select their evaluators (FA) and
                           confirm their profile. The manager would then launch each individual CA into an evaluation, allowing both
                           the manager and the identified evaluators to rate each CA on twenty-two measures.
