Job Overview: I signed on to work in June but wasnt contacted back for any work so I took a job offer with another company that offered me a temp job for warehouse work. Once the warehouse job was completed I went back to Partners Personnel and they found me to work as a cleanup worker at the University of Arizona to help during the ball game season. I have worked sweeping, picking up trash, mopping, changing trash cans and wiping down areas. I have also been trained on where to take recyclables out at and as well as waste to be taken to the landfill. The hours and work arent consistent but I make sure to always make it to job sites whenever there is a space to fill. I also have done warehouse work at Valmont Industries to help with manufacturing.Axis Recruiting Solutions / January 8, 2024 - February 26, 2024 / 877 S Alvernon Way Suite 201, Tucson, AZ 85711Job Overview: I worked as a temp agent in a warehouse helping to clean pallets for clients to use for beverages that were shipped on trucks. I learned how to wipe down pallets in a quick manner while also maintaining an inspective outlook. I didnt get any training but did everything I was told to do to make sure I worked fast. It was a fast paced job but I enjoyed being busy and that I had a half hour lunch with two breaks.Buffalo Exchange / July 25, 2023 - September 29, 2023 / 55 West Adams Street, Tucson AZ 85705 /Job Overview: I worked as a temp warehouse employee as they had hours to give to me for work. As a part of the shipping and receiving department I did processing for new clothes and accessories and I did counts for items that I packaged for the shipping team to send out to all the stores. I was able to get a lot of overtime hours and was on my feet through most of my shifts. Once I had completed tagging and packaging all items I would then put in records that I had completed a style. We would then set them in the correct bins for the shipping team to send them off. I highly enjoyed working in the warehouse again after having experience working at TMC central receiving the previous year. I worked with a big team and had fun getting to know fellow employees.Vector Marketing / May 26, 2023 - present / 7290 E Broadway Blvd, Tucson, AZ 85710Job Overview: I called people and asked them if I can do a presentation that I would get paid for. Once I showed them the presentation on a computer or phone I would then ask if they would like to buy any of the products that I was authorized to help them purchase as well and see if I could add any other products. I learned a lot about marketing and sales as well as how to use new apps. This was probably the most challenging but rewarding job that I had as the people who made the most sales were getting rewarded very well. I was able to attend events and meet people from all over the company to be inspired by. I also got to win some Cutco products for myself as well.Robert Half / May 7, 2021 - May 12, 2023 / 5255 E Williams Cir Suite 6800, Tucson, AZ 85711 /Job Overview: I have been getting sent to temporary job assignments that vary in responsibilities. I have done office work as well as manual labor with this temp agency. Some of it was basic tech support or helping with car rentals as well as helping with customer chats online or answering emails. I also worked with photographers to help with graduation ceremonies to help lead and go over what the students would need to know to keep the line down. They helped me stay in the workforce and also found me some great insights to keeping professional. I have to send in my own timesheets as well as keep up with the office to make sure that I can find a new assignment and get paid. I get feedback from the office and have been good with keeping up with computers by some of the assignments.Alorica Tucson East / June 6, 2020 - May 3, 2021 / 1650 S Research Loop, Tucson, AZ 85710 /Job Overview: I did customer service with Costco members to help them with website and order questions. I had to clock in and out for work on my own. Wed speak with the members one on one and take notes of what went over on their orders or returns. I also chatted with my Costco members to help them online with the chat option on the website and chatted with my department for help as well. I had to read into references to answer questions and help members navigate the system. I started working at the office and eventually started working at home. I got along with my coworkers and enjoyed being a part of the team.C3 Tucson East / October 29, 2018 - March 10, 2020 / 1010 N Finance Center Dr, Tucson, AZ 85710 /Job Overview: Upon signing up for the job I was told that they were starting training for a sales department which I was looking forward to seeing that I had done sales over the phone before. I went through a series of three interviews with different interviewers before they told me that I would be better off in a customer service role for health insurance. I then went into training for 9 weeks and had to pick a lot of the skills on the call floor since trainers weren't always available to go over everything to be equipped for different calls. The challenge of picking up new skills and learning new methods to find information through communication via chat, person to person or using our job aids is something that I grasped well to be successful at this job. This was definitely a job that introduced me to a lot more people seeing as the building is smaller than previous call centers I worked at while still holding a lot of seats to fill. I got used to hearing different accents and typing on calls faster to still be able to communicate while locating requested benefit information to providers over the phone. A lot of the job's major requirements are to keep our quality assurance up while on the calls and maintaining our attendance due to the need to stay on the phones. I picked up a lot on how to remain patient with callers who don't speak the best English for communication purposes as some people are distracted or not computer savvy. From previous job experience I was able to pick things up rather fast in this job but have found there aren't any hours during the evening to work within my department as we work on East coast hours of operations. This job absolutely changed my usual work routine as I was used to working evenings but I grew to enjoy getting out of work earlier in the day time. I also picked up more social networking skills after becoming friends with the people I met in training or on the call floor to keep up with more social awareness and medical terminology that helps on calls.Coworx Staffing Agency / April 2, 2016 September 20, 2018 / 2425 E Medina Rd, Tucson, AZ 85756 /Job Overview: At first I was assigned to the sales department which helped with customer care and questions about services or prices. I had figured out how to use the system that AT&T works with to process orders and keep track of any order I put in to ensure that I was able to get paid for the sale.Although since AT&T had bought DIrectv the system was having a hard time setting up my sign in for the system due to my previous employer working with the same client so I switched to another department toadapt to more systems before my sign in had gone through. The escalation department they put me in offered more time in between calls and I picked up a lot of patience to work with elderly people. My responsibilities at this job were to keep track of breaks and lunches to clock out or code myself. It was our duty to be able to multitask, empathize with customers, be creative and remain with the clients' scripting. My usual job duties in the new department would change depending on what the client needed us to do but I had such a great connection with that department that I found it very worth it to deal with the changes. We handled email issues, website errors, online survey problems that we called in about as well as escalated customer requests. This job really helped me with multitasking and keeping my typing skills up. I learned how to assist people who werent tech savvy in ways that took a lot of creative thinking as I wasnt able to access their computers to help them navigate.Vxi Global Solutions / January 2, 2015 - April 2, 2016 / 6730 S. Tucson Blvd, Tucson, AZ 85706 /Job Overview: I took inbound calls for Directvs reconnect department. I helped disconnected customers with their issues and learned to assist with finding new plans to help them save money to reconnect. I learned how to listen, help and relate to customers to win them over so I could assume a sale. This job also helped me with learning how to ask questions to get the right package and equipment. A huge thing that helped me was learning how to get to know coworkers to commute to and from work. Although we could get Directv for free with this job I never took the offer as Im not the biggest TV watcher.FMR Associates, Inc. / March 22, 2007-December 31, 2015 / 6045 E. Grant Rd., Tucson, AZ 85712 /Job Overview: My responsibility was to assume calls made by an automatic dialer with the public for field market research. Sometimes this included building trust and keeping enthusiasm to keep people interested in the survey to finish and record results on a computer. At this job I learned how to keep to a script, not be biased on the phone and be commutative with coworkers to keep a calm work environment. This job was one with little responsibilities and some days with few calls being taken so I found myself taking advantage of my free time with reading, word puzzles or drawing to keep my mind in order.RMS, an iQor Company / September 16, 2013-October 3, 2014 / 7820 E Broadway Blvd, Tucson, AZ 85710 /Job Overview: I was a customer service rep for the billing department for Sprint. My job duties were to take payments and help Sprint customers with their billing questions or issues. I notated customer accounts and handled all incoming calls for Sprint customers that needed billing assistance. I learned how to read bills and explain how the billing charges to customers. This job helped me understand how to resolve billing disputes plus ask for help with credits or payments if approval was needed by a supervisor. A lot of the calls were mainly payment arrangements but I learned to still ask for payments.Afni, Inc. / October 15, 2012 - June 10, 2013 & March 18, 2022 - May 7, 2023 / 5451 S Williams Blvd, Tucson, AZ 85711 & 7810 E Escalante Rd, Tucson, AZ 85730 /Job Overview: I handled all incoming calls for Verizon customers for TV, internet or landline phone services through the companys FIOS services. My responsibilities at this job was to stick to my scheduled breaks and lunches while remaining productive with my sales. I was really good at making sales and bundling services due to learning how to set up orders from learning more about the product I was selling. I was also given basic tech support training to better understand what type of service I was helping customers with since older people had no idea what the service was for. I learned how to help out with upgrades in some cases as well as put in orders for special events that people wanted to order over the phone. In case of outages I learned to check the customers service connection in case I needed to report the outage in the customers account so they can be confiscated when its fixed. I also did work with wireless accounts to go over billing and phone issues. I would find out what issues that the phone is having to see why there is no service or see why the phone isnt activating. I learned to activate phones remotely and go over plan details.Xentel Inc. / December 1, 2006 - February 26, 2007 / 6061 E. Broadway Blvd., Tucson, AZ 85711 /Job Overview: My responsibility at this job was to sell donations with the public for Police and Firefighter fundraisers. I learned persistence at this job and how to utilize a friendly tone to relax people who didnt understand why I was calling. I also learned how to process credit card payments over the phone as well as setting up mail in payments. I got bonuses from sales and credit card purchases so I learned how to pitch without worrying. My experience at this job was short but gave me a greater sense of how to speak with strangers openly on the phone and how to establish a connection with someone I cant see.Education / Dates Attended / LocationsTuba City High School / 1996-2000 / Tuba City, AZDine College / 2000,1 semester / Tuba City, AZ Pima Medical Institute / 2011-2012 / Tucson, AZ Brown Mackie College / 2013-2014 / Tucson, AZ
