I had a California State Real Estate Sales License from December 1989 until December 2010. Texas wouldn't reciprocate (not going back to CA.) - but needed to start from scratch. I helped sponsor and worked in First-Time Buyer Seminars as a Mortgage Broker. RETAIL: I've worked at least fifteen years in Jewelry Sales, both for independent jewelers as well as for SIGNET Jewelers - Jared's, Kay's and Zale's - the first time for Jared's from 2000 2004 in California. I sold mattresses mattresses for about five years, both for Sleep Number in California, and Sleep America in Arizona. In 2022, when I moved back to Texas, I sold furniture for Star Furniture and Mattress, in Pflugerville, until I moved about 50 miles away, expecting to find a more local job.
