I have been taking care of patients post various neuro vascular interventions such as (but not limited to) brain aneurysm coiling, thrombectomies, DSA, ICA stenting, endarterectomies and so on. I am proficient in cardiac rhythms interpretations, titrating drips such as Cardizem, Cardene, Nitroglycerin, Amiodarone, Dopamine, Dobutamine, Milrinone, Agatroban, Cleviprex, Insulin(Glucomander management), Precedex, Phenylephrine, hypertonic saline and other medications required for stabilization and treatment of those patients, including vasopressors and sedation to some extent.
