I made a schedule with all the equipment for each building to cross reference what was in Facility Center and to know what equipment actually was in the buildings. During our weekly meeting I brought this issue to the directors attention and was directed to start assessing equipment and planning a yearly maintenance schedule for each piece of equipment. I have listed all equipment that would need preventive maintenance work per building and scheduled for annual pm, semiannual pm, quarterly p.m.s and monthly p.m.s. The equipment was scheduled with the through of the different seasons of the year and what type of equipment it was and the manufacture preventive maintenance requirements. I created a calendar for the supervisor at the National Zoo to order parts and supplies per month depending on what equipment p.m.s tasks are coming out that month.
