PHONE NUMBER AVAILABLEEMAIL AVAILABLEAttn: Hiring ManagerRe: Application for advertised positionDear Sir or Madam,I have had two careers: one in the hospitality industry in both management and entry-level positions, and a 22 year career as a commercial and civil rights litigating attorney. Throughout my legal career, I was fairly well known, and seen in the public eye as a highly principled attorney who fiercely represented victims of civil rights violations and commercial improprieties. Although I will never know for certain their motives, the Florida Bar and Florida Supreme Court used a frivolous bar complaint filed by parties I was soundly defeating in their frivolous lawsuit I won a $500,000 judgment on our counterclaim for abuse of process to first suspend me for two years and then disbar me on false charges that I violated my suspension order. In addition to falsely convicting me, I have been widely defamed on the internet. However, anyone who reads the articles and thinks about them carefully, will ask: What actionable misconduct did this man actually commit? The answer is: Nothing. As a result of the wrongful end of my legal career I have resumed my career in the hospitality industry. Due to my excellent education, experience in the hospitality industry, and the skills, values, habits, and knowledge I developed during my accomplishment-filled legal career, I will be, and have been, highly valuable to any hotel or restaurant in an assistant manager position. Despite my excellent qualifications, I know my circumstances limit my opportunities as far as salary goes. I would be very grateful for any salary that provides me with a minimal living.. I hope to hear from you soon regarding this opening. Very truly yours,Candidate's Name
