I grew up in the Philippines before immigrating to the U.S. as an adult, more specifically to Alaska. As a mom of three, I decided to settle down In Redding to be near family. After graduating high school in 2009, I attended Indiana Aerospace University in the Philippines to study flight attendant services and hospitality. The customer service industry and caring for others has always been a passion for me. While my experience includes multiple customer service jobs, I have also worked in the healthcare industry as well. My time as a caretaker in a post acute rehabilitation center allowed me the opportunity to build meaningful connections with patients, and engage in the helping field. More recently, I have gained experience in a hospital setting, which has taught me a lot about how healthcare offices function. Each work experience has created a space for me to build upon skills such as teamwork, compassion for others, quality assurance, and customer care.
