I worked with several agencies including city (local codes), state, county(health) and federal(Homeland Security, OSHA) in areas of health, procedural, and safety. Food cost and time management to keep production efficient and have food waste at less than 1 percent. I have owned several other businesses, including retail, construction, and sales. All of which have been successful. I have traveled and worked in several countries. I only added some of my restaurant ventures to keep it pertinent to what I am searching for now.
