        exit devices, and door release buttons are all part of the daily installs with Convergint.

     Safety is a primary concern on all jobs and is taken into account when working in panels with live electricity
        or when servicing equipment using lift machines.

Senior Infrastructure Operations Technician
     The Infrastructure Operations(IOPS) department of Universal Studios Florida is dedicated to providing the
        current theme park with new technological equipment that keep both guests and staff in sync with updates
        such as but not limited to ride technologies/maintenance, safety upgrades, communications, and
        installations.
     As an IOPS technician our daily tasks may include installing Cat6/6A cable in new construction areas
        around the park, as well as demolishing older lines such as Cat5 and below then replacing them with the
        updated Cat6.

             In addition to installing new lines, troubleshooting is a major part of our daily routine as we service
             the entire park including restaurants, ride and vehicle maintenance bays, corporate offices, and ride
             track areas. A few items that are normally generated in our ticketing database include server switches,
             POS systems, battery backups, wireless access points, and telephone circuits.

                     On average with a team of two technicians we ll complete 4-5 tickets in a 10 hour shift. On
                     our more productive night with little to no hiccups we have gone through 7 incident tickets,
                     exceeding the expectation of three per night.

     Maintaining a safe work area as well as exercising proper usage of tools is a major percentage of our daily
     duties. As Infrastructure technicians we regularly use hand and power tools such as reciprocating saws,
     hammer/impact drills, ratcheting wrenches, and electrician tools.

Low Voltage Technician
      Wiring Technologies specializes in providing data wiring to commercial clients in a hospital setting across
       central Florida.
      As a Low Voltage Technician for Orlando Health our main responsibilities were to efficiently route cables
       such as Cat6, Cat6A, access control rated wire, speaker wire and 24 awg nurse call station wires for the
       Johnson Controls company.
      Personal accomplishments on the job site include but not limited to:

     Ensuring the work area and IDF/MDF is clean at the end of each work day.
