I was also responsible for nurse visits to give provider approved/pre-ordered birth control injections, immunizations and blood pressure checks, upon completion of the nurse visits I was responsible for the charge capture and documentation of performed procedure(s) which I then forwarded to the appropriate provider for electronic signature, I was responsible for the e-rx with Epic EHR according to practice/provider protocols.
