As the Director of Project Management / Construction Operations:
I determine the feasibility of project proposals, prepare estimates, work plans,
take-offs, budgets & schedules for various design projects. I resolve any design
issues, and prepare/direct layouts, drawings, etc. I get the job started...
I direct the building of models, plan the test programs and analyze results.
I prepare design modifications, assure design manufacturability.
I edit our technical product information and analyze product performance
problems and recommend sound engineering solutions.
I update and modify the SOP / Installation for technical information as
appropriate to insure functionality of all projects, resulting in accurate quotes and
timely release of engineering submittals.
ECN changes, and PCN updates. I actively participate in RMS / QA/QCS,
ASME, 5 S Quality Control I.S.O. 9001 / 14001 committee functions.
My customer related responsibilities include:
I work closely with customers to meet their specific project requirements
for custom designs, from approval drawings to finished project. I resolve conflict
issues, process change orders, and offer alternatives. I participate in contract
review and customer site visits as appropriate. I respond to customer requests
for updated drawings and technical information in a timely manner. I follow up as
