I managed the day-to-day support of a cohort of 80 learners participating in our programs. This involves responding to queries,
following up on program milestones and general support on how to get the best out of AMI programs.
I was also responsible for reviewing, analysing and reporting on how effective the programs are and recommending improvement
areas.
My duties also involved generating reports and other documentation for reporting and decision-making.
