Then you labeleach Pallet and take it to the correct door to be shipped.General laborerFabcon Precast - Frackville, PAOctober 2020 to March 2021I worked in both departments you have wide bed, which is a station that doesn't move, you start ur dayby rolling the tarps off the top of the panels, these tarps are used to keep the heat in to help it dry faster,after the tarps are rolled up and off the bed, you'll drop the side foam wall, to expose the strands..make iteasy to be cut, bc next using wet saws, you'll have someone wit a flag pointing what direction everyoneis going to once everyone is there you watch him he'll raise his arm and then drop it ( like during a race)but everyone will cut them strands top and bottom as close too the panel as you can get, then move thethe opposite side and continue until there all cut, then using an MI Jack ( or a crane with four wheels) it'llcome pick up the panel once it's moved well clean the bed. And scrap off the concrete. And mark out thepanel if it has any doors or windows.these are call blockouts, then bed will me marked and measured,once all the panels are moved, the bed is cleaned using buffers, grinders with wire wheels, scrappers,brooms, and leaf blowers, and the bed is measured and marked, we place the rebar in according to theblue prints. Then we run the bottom layer of strands which is ten, using a forklift with a boom (or forklift with the arm that extends, or we called 10k in the military) once it's at the other end of the bed eachstrand is placed in a designated hole and then chucked, then u place the blackouts in and the wood atthe beginning and end of every panel helps keep the height of the strands on point as well. Then usingthe forklift you'd run the tops layer, once it's chucked or locked into place. We'd clear the building andtension the bed. ( clear the building just in case a strand breaks) then I also worked in rolling bed. Wherethe bed constantly moves and depending where you are you could ether be placing foam in betweenstrands or placing rebar and tieing it all in with a tie gun.
