Serves as the primary data manager of the PH Consolidated Personnel Roster, the primary source document for personnel management.Develop plans for the internal and external integration of day-to-day projects, actions and activities. Forecasts potential requirements, deconflict problems, plans and projects for historically recurring requirements. Provide administrative management and technical support duties in the form of calendar maintenance/scheduling, travel planning and coordination and office supply management. Research and coordinate with staff to depict executive level travel, VIPs, major events, social activities, and speeches. Plan and assist the Divisions with distinguished visitors at all levels utilizing the Pentagon Facilities Access Control System for building access and visitor parking.
