I have a CDL class A license.This was a s seasonal job and I had gotten sick in October of Street Address  and when I was healthy enough to return to work that busy season had ended.From 2-9-Street Address  thru 7-17-11President and co-owner. I set up this company and ran all day-to-day operations. From driving at first to hiring, firing, sales, buying and selling equipment, paying bills. I built it from scratch to a multi-million-dollar business. My responsibilities included but not limited to safety, drug and alcohol detection and prevention. I took what I had learned over the past 16 years in the sanitation industry that was the right way and what was the wrong way to run the company and created a successful and profitable business. Built on always on the premises that no matter what treating the customer right, even if they were wrong. I trained my staff to let me deal with the occasional upset customer. I built this company into an over two hundred thousand dollar per year company with a profit level of over fifty percent. This was done with one crew. One F-350 dump truck and one 14-foot dual axle dump trailer.Waste Management Inc. (WM)FROM 1-1-98-1-3-01 Duties from be one of the managers that ran the day-to-day operations. It was my responsibility to get the trucks and employees on the road 6 days a week. I had 125 people and 85 trucks I was responsible for. It was my first responsibility to get them on the road and make sure that all the routes where covered and that the routes got done daily. I helped to run a 51 million dollar per year operation. My responsibilities not only covered that aspect of the job, but also safety manager, sales, bill collection, preparing public and private bids hiring and firing. I learned a lot from WM. I also obtained my OHSA certifications in safety and drug and alcohol screening.I resigned my position to start my own companies.Eastern Environmental Services Inc.From 12-1 -97  12-31-98 The company merged with WMMy duties were manager and safety manager. I was responsible for running the day-to-day operations. From getting the employees out on the road 6 days a week to running the safety program and drug and alcohol screen, hiring and firing, bill collections. I learned a lot from this company. I also obtained some of my OSHA certifications in safety, drug, and alcohol screening.Hamms Sanitation Services Inc.From 6-3-1985  11-30-97I started as a shuttle driver and then a route driver up to foreman and then manager. I was responsible for getting the routes covered everyday 6 days a week. I was also responsible for setting up various recycling programs throughout Sussex, Morris, Warren, and Passaic Counties. I also did sales, hiring and firing, bill collections etc.I left when Hamms sold out to Eastern Environment Services Inc. on 12-1-98Mead Wibert Inc.From June of 1984 until 6-2-1985 when I left to drive trucks for Hamms. My duties where to drive a burial vault installation truck equipped with a Hiab boom. I installed burial vaults, set up the equipment required for a burial from the vaults to the tents etc.I left to make better money driving garbage trucksConklin & StrongFrom April of 1983 until June of 1984. I drove lumber delivery trucks and put loads together. The job consisted of many different jobs inside of one job from counting out the number of items in each load to banding lumber together, operating forklifts to helping customers.I left to make more money at Mead Wibert Inc.Circle Lumber Inc.From March of 1982- April 1983. Duties included driving lumber delivery trucks to operating forklifts, to building loads to sales and assisting customers. I left to make more money at Conklin & StrongJ&D DairiesFrom 1972  1982. Duties where working on the farm, baling hay, shoveling manure to driving all the equipment. Milking cows.I left to pursue driving trucks for a living, and I had gotten married on March 27th, 1982, and I had to make more money. I learned so much while working on the farm. I also learned a lifetime skill of driving trucks. I started driving on the farm at age 9. Working on the dairy farm taught me a lot of common sense. How to read the weather, and more importantly how hard work was rewarded with self-satisfaction.EducationHardyston Township Elementary School K-8 graduated in the top 3 of my class in 1977.Franklin High School from 1977-1981Obtained a H.S. DiplomaRutgers University from 2015-2016 obtained 15 college credits and maintained A 3.0 GPA.I also have a Green Environment Certificate along with a certificate in introduction to computers.
