The project located on 40 acres included a complete renovation, expansion and upgrade of this acquired 1980s AT&T facility. Project included the state-of-the-art upgrade to all mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. Over 50% of the building skin removed and updated. Added underground storm drainage system and additional parking areas. Developed and administered bid packages for this $45M project. Worked with the design team, general contractors and subcontractors to value engineer the project saving the equity partners over $4M. Also, coordinated permitting process with the local authorities saving approximately $300K in fees. Generated additional savings of $100K in the furniture package and over $150K in the buyout of the kitchen equipment package for the Amenities space.
