Manage HOS, Work with Contracted Service Providers to ensure package pickup delivery service and contractual obligations are met. Driver processing, random screening (escreen system), badging, maintain vehicle history files ensure all contracted vehicles meet DOT & FXG standards, ensure vehicle documentation is up to date, perform vehicles inspections, enforce safety regulations, Ensure that all drivers credentials are up to date, perform BCSA tests on P&D department files monthly, train, certify employees on trailer switching.
