As project manager, Jason was the lead architect for all ongoing building renovation projects and have successfully worked with the client to transform the properties into one of downtowns most sought-after oce locations. Occupancy has increased to nearly 97% and average rent rates continue to climb in an increasingly competitive oce space market.
