I oversaw and organized the athletic programs. I provided board members with budget information, marketing plans and event ideas that were beneficial to the success of our programs. I was able to coach various athletic teams, develop activities that encouraged physical fitness and offered youth a positive way to spend their leisure time. I also had the opportunity to teach various grade levels and that has helped me deal with unique situations and allowed me to act as a mentor to youth.As a Therapeutic Support Staff member at All Pointe Care LLC, I helped coordinate activities that build self-esteem and self-confidence and worked one on one with clients to address their specific needs as well as planned outings to fun events and public places.
