I have worked as a patient care tech within one of the most prestigious organizations, Loyola Medical Center, but most recently, I have worked as a dedicated phlebotomist at Quest Diagnostics. I am writing to express my interest in obtaining a position that will better serve my passion within community health.Throughout the years, I have had the privilege to work in some of the most under-served communities. This experience ignited a desire to do more and help each community facilitate better access to services that they need and to improve their quality of care. I decided to enroll in classes at South Suburban College to become a certified Community Health Worker (CHW).
