On the VCM Share Point, folders were created for each of the 10 groups for storage of the monthly reports to allow the groups easy access to their reports.As part of the VCM Report process Summary Reports were also created and sent to the VCM Share Point, which allowed managers and support personal a way to get a snapshot of each LPAR, by reviewing a Summary Report, as opposed to looking at just the finding reports. This was an Excel spreadsheet providing management a snapshot of each monthly run, which provided a snapshot in a spreadsheet listing each VCM check for every LPAR.
