Employment HistoryBeing a shift lead means timing the shift appropriately so all employees get equal opportunities, breaks, and work time. Computer work for a shift lead is very important, if allowed by manager we can make schedules on Microsoft Office. We are expected to check in every shift start and finish both on computer and IPad in order to alert corporate we are maintaining the store. We are expected to keep our times in check, this requires customers getting in and out of both drive-thru and front counter at an orderly and respectful pace. I am great with Microsoft and other programs and technologies, and am able to do math very well. I caught up with my class by taking online courses, high honors which gave me extra credit, and having perseverance. My home life was not ideal or helpful, having a mom who did not finish high school and having no father left me to do it alone and choose whether or not I would fail.
