The project will be closing soon, and support is moving to the vendors call-center for maintenance and oversight.ENTERPRISE IT PROJECT MANAGER (2 014 2019 )Worked closely with our vendors and providers on various projects. Managed $1.8M in Retail and Telemedicine projects. Led teams of developers in the delivery of high-quality software solutions to meet business needs. Coordinated the activities between the Cabinets internal technical team, the contract-vendors team (Deloitte), and the Commonwealths business-client team. The 3 key components delivered were Business Intelligence, Customer Support Web Service, and an Information System Exchange Program. The project was completed in 24 months and went live in March of 2012.Client: Kentuckys Office of the Inspector GeneralManaged the data collection efforts and the web-based support team for Kentuckys Prescription Drug Monitoring Program. Led the IT team in support of all technical projects related to the KASPER (Kentucky-All-Schedule-Prescription-Electronic-Reporting) system. KASPER is used to monitor Schedule II-V controlled substances. KASPER supports physicians, dentists, and Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioners for medical treatment of their patients; for pharmacists for pharmaceutical treatment of their patients; for law enforcement use in their drug investigations, and for Drug Court Judges use in support of their Drug Court programs. KASPER supports over 7,000 statewide users requesting over 500,000 reports annually.
