I have also used often the Hillrom Vest Model 105, Emerson Cough Assist and the Respironics T70 Cough Assist all of which are used for secretion mobilization on neurologically impaired pts and pts who are too weak to get the mucous up and out. After moving on I began working for Oxylife Respiratory Services performing DME duties which consist of setting up pts with Auto-Cpaps, BiPaps, home ventilators, cough assist devices and often oxygen. The pt. ages range from newborns to geriatric during this time I also performed full PFTS for 2 different DRS offices as I still to present time do.
