The research study hope to better understand the long-term health consequences of Ebola Virus Disease, determine if survivors develop immunity that would protect them from future Ebola infection, and assess whether previously EVD-infected individuals can transmit infection to close contacts and sexual partners. Summary of Responsibilities:I had the general oversight of the HR Department & the provision of mentorship for three HR Staff at the head office. I had the oversight responsibilities of the day-to-day improvement and managing of over 325 employees in regard to administrative best practices. I served as policy custodian by recommending HR best practices to senior staff members in order to promote staff efficiency and retention.
