Career History
Grynberg Group of Companys (RSM Production, GADECO, LLC and Pricaspian
Development Corporation Companies) 2004 to 2020 Executive Vice President
Primary focus on operations of the oil and gas assets of the Companies. Management of strategic
alliances, development of opportunities networking, negotiating, relationship building at the
highest levels with the financial community and the oil and gas industry worldwide. Managed
operations of exploration, completion and production, manage audits, exploration and production
units both Federal and State oil and gas leases and international oil and gas concessions. Managed
projects in US, Cameroun, Caribbean and Kazakhstan.
North Lily Mining CEO/President / Director. With a group of investors acquired control of
North Lily Mining Company (a small cap NASDAQ company) and its subsidiary International
Mahogany, a traded company on the Toronto Stock Exchange Restructured the companies by
reducing North Lilys shareholdings with exchange of assets and debt between the two
companies. Prepared and filed the SB-2 with the SEC to register the shares for a public offering.
From l997 to 2004 junior mining companies were not able to raise financing for projects due to
the down turn in the mining and oil and gas industry and the lack of interest by the investment
bankers. Guided North Lily through these financial crises during this time period. Complied with
all SEC and NASDAQ regulations. Directed and approved filing of federal and state consolidated
tax returns and information reporting on foreign-controlled corporations. Negotiated successfully
the closure with the EPA and the Utah Department of Water Quality for the reclamation of a gold
heap leaching operation in Silver City, Utah.
Canadian Industrial Minerals President/Director Responsible for acquiring a joint venture
interest with Abacan Resources Inc. in offshore oil and gas concession in Nigeria. Prepared
offering memorandum and raised $2.5 million to fund the companys ongoing share of
exploration costs on the Vancouver Stock Exchange. Approved all required filings of the
financials statements and audits with the Vancouver Stock Exchange. Directed operations of the
Company. Negotiated a merger with Abacan Resources Inc. with two other companies and as a
result of these mergers Abacan became a $1Billion oil and gas company.
Western Goldfields Mining Company Executive Vice President, CFO and Director. In the role
of officer, director and a founder raised $50M in London and $5 million on the Toronto Stock
Exchange over a two-year period. Instrumental in writing the offering prospectus for private and
public financings. Structured and acquired a major interest in the Hog Ranch Gold Mine for
Western Goldfields Mining Company from a private company, of which I was a shareholder and
founder and two German Partnerships. Was instrumental putting the mine into production, which
produced over a million ounces of gold per year? Installed programs for the mining operations
and accounting system. Reviewed and approved all required quarterly reports, reviewed and
approved audits and prepared and filed 10-K with the SEC and Toronto Stock Exchange.
Instrumental in negotiating the sale of Western Goldfields Mining Company and the Hog Ranch
Mine for $225 Million to an Australian mining company. Negotiated the sale of the German
Partnerships interest in the Hog Range Gold Mine to Western Mining.
Ferret Exploration Company, Inc., President/Director One of the founders and shareholder of
Ferret Exploration Company, Inc. (Ferret), privately held company. Ferret was the manager of
several German Partnership and involved in the other thirteen German partnerships and help raise
$350 million for uranium, gold and oil and gas for domestic and international exploration.
Managed over 50 joint ventures with major mining companies. As Chief Operating Officer and
CFO established corporate governance and directed operations of the company. Set up reporting
systems to handle company accounting and joint venture billing and oil and gas production and
operations. As a private company and partner in foreign partnerships directed compliance with
SEC Regulations and Foreign securities regulations. Ferret was responsible for the discovery and
development of the Crow Butte Uranium Mine in Nebraska, one of the largest producing uranium
mines in the US, and the Hog Ranch Gold Mine. The shareholders exchange its interest in the
Hog Ranch Gold Mine for shares in Western Goldfields Mining Company, listed on the Toronto
Stock Exchange. Instrumental in the wide up of 2 German Limited Partnerships and negotiating
the sale of its assets for $200 million.
Frontier Resources Company Vice President and CFO Frontier Resources Company was a
small public traded oil and gas and mining listed on NASDAQ. On the Negotiation team for the
exchange of Frontier shares for oil and gas producing properties with Pan Ocean Oil Corporation.
Oversaw the operations of the company for the oil and gas properties as well as putting a
fluorspar mine into production. Negotiated the sale of Ferret to Marathon Oil Company.
Became manager director of mining for Marathon and supervise the merger of Ferret as well as
Pan Ocean Oil Company and its subsidiaries into Marathon.
Earlier: Prior to the above was involved with major and junior mining and oil and gas
companies as an officer and director and successfully raised equity financing for these companies
in addition to the above-mentioned entities.
