Southeast Mechanical Contractors has been operating as one of the biggest contractors in South Florida for
over 40 years.
As a Construction Manager, I have the opportunity to work with design revisions, change proposals,
Request for Informations, schedule of values, and change orders with various general contractors and
subcontractors. I designed and oversaw the production and installation of structural supports for mechanical
equipment. I also work in conjunction with the city for permit acquisition, inspections, and plan corrections. My
daily tasks consist of working with budgets, coordination, labor assignment, estimates, scheduling accountability,
contracting services and sub-contractors, and buy materials and equipment according with the contract documents.
I hold concurrent responsibility for regularly inspecting the work of 2nd tier subcontractors to verify that
contract responsibilities are being met, while adhering to project specifications and safety procedures. I also

Previously owned by Terramark, Equinix bought the building and started an expansion. I was responsible
for a $8 Million Mechanical Project. The project consisted basically of 14 chillers, 3 Heater Exchanger, 34 CRAC
unit, plus pipes and ductwork.
Miami Dolphins Stadium Renovation, Miami, Florida 2015 August 2017
This project consists of a full-renovation of the Miami Dolphins Stadium and roof installation while
operating under the strict time constraints of the off-season. Our contract value to provide the mechanical service is
over $15 million. The mechanical scope has approximately 350 Fan Coil Units, 20 Mini-Split Systems, 1 Cooling
Tower, Chilled Water Pipes, ductwork, and insulation. Throughout the project, I supervised two crews working in
two shifts, over 40 men between superintendents, foreman, pipe-fitters, welders, and helpers. I also coordinated
project progress and plans with the many various trades assisting with the project completion.
NBC Studios - Telemundo, Doral, Florida 2016 August 2017
This project is the construction of a new three-floor Telemundo television studio for NBC. The mechanical
contract is over $27 million. This was one of the biggest mechanical projects in South Florida in 2017 and required a
lot of coordination due to the scheduled delivery time being reduced from the original contract.
NAP of the Americas, Verizons Miami, Florida Feb. to May, 2016
NAP of the Americas is a high security level, data center building, used to house telecommunication
components, computer data storage. Southeast Mechanical performed all the mechanical work on the building, and
I participated in the $160,000.00 mechanical contract for the 4th and 6th floor. We currently provide mechanical
services to the building for small renovations.
