ensuring conformance of processes and coordinating engineering,

Launch machining lines in GM Warren, Saginaw, Toledo, Mexico plants.
Specify, PPAP, and accept machining lines, and accelerate the production
volume.
Developing and implementing CNC targeting program that supports
launch and production. On track to meet or exceed targets for quality, cost
saving and timing.
Inventor and developer for CNC targeting program. The program
calculates CNC off-sets required to meet part quality. Invented Global
offset strategy which is the CNC macro structure that is used for targeting.
Developed common CNC best practices and included these initiatives in
CNC Agile Specification. Work with OEMs to ensure the specification
are followed and the common CNC macros are accurate.
Lead team to set-ups and deploys targeting method. Recent launches
included are machining lines of Block, Head, Transmission, machining
center, lathe and grinding machineries.
Experience on using Team-Center (equivalent to ERP). Implement lean
manufacturing strategy. Apply 5S (Sort, set, shine, Standardize, Sustain)

control plan and work instruction development. Implement gauge R&R
to the process. Develop tooling. and processes to handle tolerances
specified. Lean processes, continuous improvement, assembly time
optimization, material and information flow optimization with minimal
inventories. Facilitate launch planning and ensure smooth successful
launch of a new manufacturing plant. Supervise suppliers, document and
optimize the execution of equipment and fixtures. Interface with suppliers
