    Solely accountable for management several hundred projects per year from 2005 to 2007 (235 projects in
        2007 alone!); team grew to 4 full-time staff and contractors to handle an increased project load after 2007.
             o Quickly learned IT strategy and infrastructure by delving into the various technology teams and
                  their respective roles, as well as practical aspects of organizational leadership, staff management,
                  and budgeting.
             o Trained new contractors for IT PM support of efforts as related to Corporate Real Estate and
                  Infrastructure and Operations with Nationwide.
             o Successfully delivered new platform solutions to the Enterprise : Avaya IP telephony
                  hardware distribution (including call recording), Cisco Telephony, Blue Coat Implementations,
                  Hardware refreshes, etc.
    Managed IT infrastructure for new build and campus renovation of newly acquired insurance company
        (Harleysville Insurance). This project impacted over 700 associates and was closely monitored by Senior
        Leadership (AVP and CRE SR VP).
      Organized the technology team to design, implement, and test the solutions for new infrastructure for the
          sites. The work plan captured all system impacts from Voice, AV, Print, BAS, Security, Network,
          servers, and wireless.
      Migrated new business from their infrastructure to new Nationwide platform to enable remote
          management of the site.
       After 2 years, successfully completed the build out, renovation, and merge of technology for business,
           under budget by $154K.
      Remotely Led multiple large-scale campus renovations, builds, closures, and hardware refreshes across
     the U.S., lasting anywhere from 1-3 years per project.
       Organized the projects by site, wing, time of year for staff availability, and worked with vendors on
           solution design and implementation.
       Managed team members and vendors with weekly meetings, one-on-one side bar meetings, workplans
           specific per site/project, SharePoint site creations/collaborations, allowing for some of team members
           to work on multiple projects at once.
                 Organized IT teams from both Nationwide and NAS to work on the final technology solution
           for the new site.
       Specifically requested to manage migration efforts of a newly acquired insurance company from their
           current phone system at both locations (Louisville and Scottsdale) into a new system, one not supported
           by Nationwide IT. This required gaining detailed knowledge of a new phone system, its installation and
           transition needs, as well as training and a detailed support plan after implementation.
       Leveraged project management and communication skills to effectively deliver the new telephone
           platform, meetings, and provide updates to key stakeholders/leadership throughout all phases of project
           delivery.
      Specifically selected to lead a 5-year project to merge a third-party vendor with Nationwide voice
     platform.
       Led the engineering team to deliver their design for third party integration.
       Built a plan for the steps to merge the vendor to our phone platform, with specific details to call
           recording, Security, IRM, and standard conference rooms) for all Nationwide phones across the U.S.
       Leadership of weekly meetings, project plan updates, and test scenarios for phased deployment, as well
           as creation of an internal employee facing link for associates to be able to create their own phone button
           layout vs. calling the help desk.
       Project completion reduced time to complete tasks for Voice help desk from many hours or days to
           overnight, and streamlined self-help for employees.
